Great customer service! They were out of the arrangement I selected, so they called and emailed me to give me several alternative options or offered to send what I ordered a day later, once they received their next shipment. I greatly appreciated their open communication. Many florists just have something posted on their website that arrangements may not match the pictures due to supply shortages and send something different than you ordered without notifying you. Angelica's Florist really cares about customer satisfaction!

The deceased’s sister sent me a photo of the plant- it was beautiful, larger than expected, and had a couple of blooms. Thank you, it’s always a gamble when sending flowers/plants but I am more than satisfied with what the family received.

This florist was great to work with. When I placed an order online, the manager called me to inform me that she did not have this plant in the store and would not receive it in until the next day. She offered me the option of waiting to deliver it that day, or send a different plant that she recommended and sent a picture of to my cell. She also offered to add some flowers to it. I went with her selection, and it was delivered as promised. All in all a great experience from start to finish.
